Shipping Q's
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order status you wish to view. You may also enter your order condirmation number in the box and press go!
Q: How long will it take my order to arrive?
A: Presently nearly all of the Fetish Temple items you see on our website are made to order. That being said we still ship quickly with most orders leaving our workshop and going to post within 1-3 business days of payment received. Special or larger orders, including floggers may take up to a week to complete. Orders with special leathers that have to be ordered in may add 3 or 4 days to the creative process. We normally ship 2/3 Day Priority mail with the USPS so please consider time in transit in addition to the time it takes us to complete your creation. We pride ourselves on giving you highly customized offerings at off the rack prices and service like that can take just a little bit longer.
Q: Is rush service available?
A: Sometimes, please inquire. Additional fees, bribes or indulgences may apply.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Shipping includes insurance and shipping for orders over $500.00 is free!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Please inquire via email and we will make it happen!
Q: How discreet is your packaging?

Q: My order is overdue, any help?
A: Don't Panic! All orders are insured and we truly wish to get our items into your hands as quickly as possible. Please give all orders at least a week to arrive after receiving your shipping notice. If you would like to contact us after a full business week of receiving your shipping notice to give us a heads-up on a missing package we would love to hear from you. Still, we will ask you to please be patient for an additional week for your package to arrive. We will do everything we can on our end to find and/or replace your package if lost or mis-delivered with your ultimate satisfaction in mind.

Q: How will my order appear on my credit card statements?
A: Paypal appears as Merchant: Lawrence Alvarado and our credit card merchant account appears as Fetish Temple.
Q: Do you accept checks, money orders, or certified checks?
A: Yes.
Sizing Q's
Q: How do I get a neck measurement for a collar?
A: The easiest way is with a tape measure if you have one handy otherwise a piece of lace or string compared to a ruler will also work. Measure around the neck where you imagine you would like the collar to rest and record the length that you see. Please do not add or subtract to this length when giving us a measurement as we make adjustments so that your collars and other items fit the center point within a range both smaller and larger.
Q: Do you make larger and smaller sizes of the items you offer other than what is shown on the website?
A: Yes, most often we are able to so please feel free to inquire about special sizing needs if you do not see the size options you are looking for in our drop down menus.
